Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Director, Global Delivery, to lead our Technical Delivery teams and accelerate customer success on the Snowflake journey.

You will set strategy, oversee Consulting Managers and Solutions Architects, and collaborate with Sales, GTM and partners to deliver high-impact engagements. To succeed you will bring 15+ years of SD delivery leadership, strong executive presence, offshore/nearshore experience, and deep knowledge of large-scale databases.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields.
• 15+ years of SD delivery experience leading large teams and meeting financial targets.
• Experience building, managing, or partnering with Global Delivery Centers to scale delivery capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies (Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum).
• Proven track record of leading highly technical teams and forecasting delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead the Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge of the team on latest Snowflake features.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for customer engagements.
• Build and execute a strategic business plan with regional objectives, including revenue targets.
• Create accurate financial forecasts for revenue, utilization, backlog and hires.
• Lead the team through large engagements, engaging executive sponsors and partners.
• Standardize delivery across team members and improve efficiency and quality.
• Drive customer satisfaction and delivery quality as measured by post-engagement surveys.
