Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead the PM Delivery Team to meet customer goals while creating a culture of high performance, growth, and ownership
• Build and execute a strategic and actionable business plan that meets the Services Delivery regional objectives, including revenue and consumption targets
• Create accurate financial forecasts for revenue, utilization, backlog burndown, and hiring goals
• Lead the Delivery Team through large complex engagements, aligning with executives and sponsors, and coordinating with customer and partner sides
• Standardize delivery across team members and broader Services Delivery by reviewing proposals, conducting project reviews, and developing tools for efficiency and quality
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery quality as measured by post-engagement surveys
• Collaborate with Sales teams, Services Delivery leadership, and partners to understand customer needs and deliver value
• Staff engagements by coordinating with Practice Directors and Resource Management
• Develop Partner strategies to scale services delivery and ensure quality across partners
• Identify opportunities for new service offerings with GTM and define value, scope, and collateral
