Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Director, Global Delivery, to lead the Technical Delivery Team and drive strategic service delivery initiatives. You will manage large engagements, partner with Sales and GTM, and steer regional objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will build scalable delivery processes, forecast revenue and utilization, and collaborate with executives and partners to accelerate customer success on Snowflake journeys.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS/engineering/math or related field.
• 15+ years SD delivery experience with large teams.
• Experience with Global Delivery Center (GDC) including offshore/nearshore models.
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale DB technologies (Snowflake, Teradata, Exadata).
• Executive stakeholder presence and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals with high performance culture.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge of Snowflake features.
• Provide technical guidance for customer engagements.
• Build strategic business plan to meet regional objectives and revenue targets.
• Create accurate forecasts for revenue, utilization, backlog and hiring goals.
• Lead large complex engagements with executive and sponsor level involvement.
• Standardize delivery across teams and develop tools for efficiency and quality.
• Drive customer satisfaction and delivery quality via post-engagement surveys.
