Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Director, Global Delivery, to lead the Technical Delivery Team and Solutions Architecture groups. You will drive delivery strategy, resource planning, and customer outcomes across a global service delivery portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, GTM, and Partners to scale services, optimize delivery, and ensure high satisfaction while meeting revenue targets. A strong background in database tech and global delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• 15+ years SD delivery experience with large teams and financial targets.
• Experience building/leading Global Delivery Centers (GDC).
• Strong knowledge of large-scale database technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead the Technical Delivery Team.
• Maintain team skills on Snowflake features.
• Provide technical guidance for customer engagements.
• Develop strategic business plans meeting regional objectives.
