Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Director, Global Delivery to lead Technical Consulting Managers and Solutions Architect teams.

You will accelerate customer success on the Snowflake journey, build strategic delivery plans, and govern engagement outcomes with executive sponsorship. You will supervise large, cross-functional delivery efforts, partner with Sales, GTM, and partners, and drive standardized, high-quality service across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SD delivery experience with large teams (25+) and financial targets.
• Experience building, managing, or partnering with a Global Delivery Center.
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata).
• Proven track record of leading technically complex teams and projects.
• Executive stakeholder presence; internal and external.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals with high performance and ownership.
• Maintain and expand team skills on Snowflake features and capabilities.
• Provide guidance for customer engagements and strategic delivery planning.
• Forecast revenue, utilization, backlog, and hiring goals; drive customer satisfaction.
