Snowflake seeks a Senior Delivery Director, Program Management to lead our PMO and delivery teams within the Snowflake Services Delivery portfolio. You will shape strategies, manage executive stakeholders, and drive complex engagements to accelerate customer success on the Snowflake journey.

The role demands 15+ years in Professional Services, strong consulting, and proven PMO leadership, with collaboration across Sales, GTM, and Partner networks to scale services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Professional Services delivery experience
• Strong management consulting experience
• Proven track record building and running a large PMO
• Experience with end‑to‑end PMO governance frameworks
• Experience building impactful teams in collaborative environments
• Able to lead by example and handle escalations
• Identify and prioritize process improvements
• Experience identifying risks that affect timelines or deliverables
• Executive stakeholder presence (internal and external)
• Experience with consumption‑based, on‑premises and SaaS delivery
• Forecasting and achieving delivery metrics (customer satisfaction, on‑time delivery, utilization)
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead the PM Delivery Team to meet customer goals and foster high performance
• Create and execute a strategic business plan aligning with regional objectives
• Produce accurate forecasts for revenue, utilization, backlog, and hiring
• Lead large, complex engagements with executive sponsor involvement
• Standardize delivery through proposals, reviews, and tools for efficiency and quality
• Drive customer satisfaction and delivery quality via post-engagement surveys
• Collaborate with Sales, Services Delivery, Resource Management, and Partners to align on needs and value
