Job summary

Burson, part of WPP, is seeking a versatile Senior Content & Motion Creative to lead visual storytelling for our TWITCH LAB. You will craft graphics, motion, and video across campaigns, testing AI tools to accelerate concepting, and deliver polished work under tight deadlines.

This hybrid role blends on-set production with in-studio design, requiring a strong reel and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director and client teams to raise our creative output for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, graphic design, and camera capture.
• Expert proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Generative AI visual tools experience.
• Experience in an agency, media company, or studio environment.
• Strong reel showcasing high-end motion design and video editing.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end asset creation across video and graphics for campaigns.
• Motion graphics and animation using After Effects and AI tools.
• Edit corporate video content to exact technical specs.
• Direct run-and-gun shoots with lighting and audio.
• Integrate AI image/video generation into workflows for rapid variant production.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Strategy/Copy leads and client leaders.
