Job summary

Burson Global in Atlanta, GA (onsite) seeks an AI-enabled Creative Director to lead TWITCH LAB, delivering rapid-turn assets with earned-first storytelling across channels. You will guide the creative direction, blending generative AI with human craft while maintaining brand integrity and responsible AI governance.

You have 8+ years of leadership, a strong portfolio, and a track record in corporate messaging and crisis communications.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in agency, production studio, or corporate comms.
Experience with generative AI across text, image, video, voice.
Proven track record in corporate messaging, crisis responses, and brand campaigns.
Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative visual and narrative campaigns and leadership.
Ability to stay calm and decisive under high pressure and fast pace.
Bridge data-driven intelligence with creative execution while protecting client reputation.

Responsibilities

Oversee quick-turn asset development spanning multi-channel content.
Partner with senior leads, clients, and team extensions to craft reputation-driving content.
Define the creative standard for TWITCH LAB blending tech with earned-first storytelling.
Lead concepting under compressed timelines across digital, social, video, and executive comms.
Ensure outputs uphold client brand standards and legal/IP compliance.
Mentor a multidisciplinary studio team (writers, designers, editors, producers).
Integrate LAB output with Burson's Creative, Strategy, and Insights & Intelligence practices.
