Job summary

Burson, part of WPP, is seeking a sharp Copy and Content Executive to join our TWITCH Lab in a hybrid Atlanta, GA location. You will blend strategic intelligence with high-impact copywriting to develop quick-turn solutions for reputational challenges and craft copy that protects and elevates brand value.

You’ll partner with teams analyzing real-time listening data and sentiment trends, using generative AI and prompt engineering to produce narrative options and cross-platform content at speed.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in corporate copywriting, strategic planning, or PR communications within an agency or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated expertise using generative AI text tools (ChatGPT, Claude, WPP Open tools) to accelerate research, brainstorming, and copy generation.
• Exceptional Writing and Design Skills: Proven ability to craft flawless, nuanced, and persuasive copy and content under tight deadlines.
• Data & Sentiment Savvy: Comfort working with media listening data, sentiment tools, and audience insights to inform creative briefs.
• Agile Communicator: Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex strategy.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Strategy & Intelligence Integration
• Translate real-time media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and intelligence inputs to craft copy and content.
• Identify AI use cases: proactively identify where AI tools can accelerate strategic analysis, message customization, and audience-targeted content.
• Copywriting & Content Development: Write clear, authoritative, and persuasive copy for largely digital content executions.
• Multi-Channel Adaptation: In partnership with account teams, tailor content for specific audiences while maintaining core brand voice.
• AI-Assisted Drafting: Utilize AI writing platforms and customized prompts to rapidly draft, iterate, and create content options.
• Collaboration & Quality Control: Ensure materials adhere to brand guidelines, legal standards, and facts; collaborate with creative leads.
