You will partner with Solution Engineers to build high-quality demos, analytics dashboards, and scalable GTM templates, ensuring realistic, industry-specific experiences for prospective customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in conversational design or related AI-driven workflows.
• Experience building bots, virtual agents, or conversation analytics solutions.
• Ability to design demos, POCs, and conversation assessments for pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven demos and POCs to showcase value in customer scenarios.
• Create synthetic conversations and model behaviors to illustrate priority use cases.
• Conduct data analyses to quantify impact and build business cases for opportunities.
• Enhance demo environments with QA/QM, metadata, and dashboards for realism.
• Design scalable GTM templates and reusable demo narratives for Solution Engineers.
• Develop AI agent experiences across voice and chat channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer outcomes.
