Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to oversee daily, weekly, and long-term schedules for anesthesiology providers across multiple facilities. The role ensures accurate coverage, PTO management, and alignment with contractual obligations.

You will optimize scheduling using QGenda, work closely with Chief Clinicians and operational leadership, and implement automation to improve efficiency and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
• Experience with scheduling software, with QGenda strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and manage scheduling optimization, automation, and system configuration tools.
• Proficiency with basic reporting and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain clinical schedules across multiple facilities.
• Track PTO, LOA, locum, and per diem provider assignments and ensure coverage.
• Adjust schedules in real time to address emergent coverage needs.
• Maintain data in QGenda to support scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
• Configure and manage QGenda optimizer to balance coverage and requirements.
• Perform schedule audits and data validation to prevent payroll issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve scheduling rules and automation.
