Job summary

U.S. Anesthesia Partners seeks a Supervisor – Scheduling to manage daily schedule processing and liaise with hospital OR scheduling across campuses and off-site locations.

You will maintain relationships with facilities, ensure timely communication, and resolve issues to support seamless operations. The role requires 2–3 years of scheduling experience in a hospital or surgery center, proficiency with MS Excel/Word, and the ability to collaborate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of hospital/surgery scheduling experience; lead/senior scheduling experience preferred.
• Prior anesthesia scheduling experience preferred.
• Certification in medical terminology is helpful.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, physician practices, OR workflows, computers, and MS Excel/Word.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with physicians, staff and external customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily schedule for all campuses and off-site locations.
• Enter schedules into QGenda for off-site locations.
• Communicate with off-site locations to ensure schedules are current.
• Prepare weekly overviews of all off-site locations for staffing purposes.
• Provide weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports as requested.
• Identify time gaps and resolve scheduling issues.
• Ensure timely, accurate in-house schedules.
• Coordinate with hospital OR scheduling and management.
