Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Manager, Scheduling Strategy & Optimization to design and scale a centralized schedule template build function that supports clinician onboarding and ongoing updates. This role will define operating models, gather requirements, and create scalable SOPs across markets.

You will lead a team of analysts, partner with Practice Operations, Clinical leadership, Technology, and EHR teams to optimize clinician utilization, patient access, and scheduling consistency across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare scheduling or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare scheduling operations.
• Experience partnering with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders and with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, launch, and ongoing optimization of a centralized schedule template build function for onboarding and ongoing updates.
• Define the end-to-end operating model for schedule template build requests, including intake, approval, prioritization, completion, and performance tracking.
• Create and maintain scalable SOPs, workflows, and team processes for consistent execution across markets.
