Job summary

Furnitureland South, Inc. is seeking a driven Client Outreach/BDR Specialist to accelerate client acquisition and strengthen our sales pipeline.

This role identifies, researches, and engages prospective clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. You will leverage AI-powered tools and modern prospecting techniques to uncover opportunities, personalize outreach, and enhance overall client engagement for measurable growth in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or client engagement.
Experience with CRM platforms is preferred.
Ability to conduct outbound outreach and nurture relationships.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, digital channels) to engage potential and existing clients.
Utilize AI tools and research platforms to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential prospects.
Analyze customer data, trends, and behaviors to uncover new business opportunities.
Build rapport with prospective and existing clients to understand needs and goals.
Deliver personalized, insight-driven outreach using AI-assisted messaging and research.
Partner with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
