Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the discovery and delivery of an AI platform for claims processing. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, work with Data Scientists to define model logic, and drive outcomes with engineering, UX, and business partners.

As a member of the Analytics & Behavior Change team, you will shape features, establish success metrics, and communicate decisions to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of a product from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI, ML, or analytics-powered products.
• 2+ years of user research translating complex operational workflows into buildable product requirements.
• 2+ years of cross-functional delivery in complex organizational environments with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, and scope management.
• 2+ years demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills to represent product decisions clearly.
