Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into actionable requirements.
• 2+ years of leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizations.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years of clear verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery, write requirements and set priorities.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic and product rules.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics for efficiency, quality and adoption.
• Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and partners.
