Different Inc. is seeking a customer-focused strategist to work with B2B campaigns from kickoff to results. You will learn customers’ business, define campaigns, and iterate quickly using Different's AI capabilities.

You don’t need to be a marketer, but you will own the end-to-end process, collaborating with product and engineering to build repeatable playbooks and improve client outcomes. The role offers growth and equity in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop customer strategy by understanding business, audience, goals and differentiators.
• Turn goals into campaign ideas, messaging and plans.
• Build and launch campaigns in Different using AI, with your judgment to validate outputs.
• Analyze results, interpret meaning, and suggest next tests or optimizations.
• Lead customer conversations and explain your thinking to senior stakeholders.
• Create repeatable playbooks, tools, or AI workflows for future customers.
• Provide product feedback to Product and Engineering.
