Job summary

Big Human is seeking a sharp, AI-forward Marketing Strategist to translate client goals into clear strategies and drive growth across channels. This fully remote role rewards ownership, strategic thinking, and delivering high-impact work week to week.

You’ll own marketing initiatives end-to-end, use AI to accelerate planning and iteration, brief designers and partners, and track performance to extract actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, growth marketing, or campaign leadership.
• Agency experience or startup GTM experience strongly preferred.
• Based in NYC/Tri-State area or willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing initiatives end-to-end from kickoff through delivery.
• Use AI to accelerate planning, drafting and iteration across campaigns.
• Brief designers, producers, freelancers and partner agencies clearly and effectively.
• Track marketing performance across channels and translate data into insights.
• Communicate priorities, tradeoffs and risks clearly to clients.
