Eightfold AI is seeking a Campaign Manager to architect and optimize integrated, AI-driven campaigns for enterprise clients. You will own strategy across email, paid, web, and events, coordinating demand gen, product marketing, sales, and marketing ops.

You will lead AI-powered research and asset creation, shaping messaging, personas, and competitive positioning while mentoring others in AI-assisted workflows. This role emphasizes ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
• Hands-on expertise in marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) for research and campaigns.
• Strong multi-touch funnel, SaaS metrics, and data-driven optimization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across channels.
• Lead AI-powered market and account research to inform messaging and positioning.
• Create campaign assets with AI assistance, maintaining brand standards.
• Architect and manage campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce with proper segmentation and scoring.
• Drive end-to-end campaign operations, testing, and post-launch optimization.
