Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be accountable for reporting, optimizations, and client communication, collaborating with leadership to evolve strategy within the broader media mix.

You will work with a team to drive measurable business outcomes, using AI tools to surface opportunities and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining a focus on client success and growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of paid social and paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Bing).
• Lead optimization, budget pacing, and performance improvements to meet goals.
• Produce weekly client progress recaps and insights; communicate strategy and recommendations.
• Collaborate with account leadership and Specialists to implement strategy and testing roadmaps.
