Assembled helps scale customer support by providing AI-enabled solutions and operational tooling. The Customer Strategist role partners with a portfolio of customers to optimize demand forecasting, staffing, schedules, and AI adoption, driving measurable improvements and renewals.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership to shape post-sale experiences, expansion strategies, and customer journeys in a fast-moving environment that values autonomy and impact.
