Job summary

Motion is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to own relationships with top customers, tailor Runneth use cases, and ship fast scrappy solutions. You will work with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable capabilities, and guide clients on strategy and execution while enabling the broader marketing team.

You’ll be an early advocate for AI-powered marketing, comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment, and able to balance hands-on problem solving with customer

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with top customers, learning goals and workflows.
• Turn feedback into custom Runneth use cases and data connections.
• Prototype quickly, hand off to Engineering when needed.
• Share insights to inform the product roadmap and future use cases.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to unblock technical issues.
• Provide honest, respectful guidance on fixes and strategy.
• Experiment with new Runneth features to maximize customer value.
• Support internal marketing, content, and growth initiatives.
