Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking an AV BI Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and resolve bodily injury claims arising from autonomous and driver-assist vehicle incidents. The role blends traditional BI evaluation with decisions on whether to resolve or defend.

You will work with claimants, witnesses, medical providers, and counsel to build liability analysis using vehicle data and records. The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in BI claims, strong medical-records review, and experience

Formación

• 4–6+ years of bodily injury claims experience, preferably commercial auto, rideshare, or trucking.
• Strong medical-records review and injury valuation skills.
• Experience with represented claimants and attorney negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent claims experience.
• Proficiency in the claims system, document management, and Microsoft Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication with claimants, counsel, carriers, and client partners.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and evaluate BI claims using vehicle data, video, and remote-assistance records.
• Contact claimants, witnesses, medical providers, and counsel promptly, documenting injuries and damages.
• Set and maintain reserves that reflect liability, damages, venue, and representation.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and document settlement strategy.
• Identify claims with litigation, product-liability, or regulatory risk and escalate as needed.
• Manage medical bills, liens, Medicare/Medicaid reporting, and settlement documentation.
