Qualifications

• Experience independently investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving BI claims.
• Strong understanding of negligence, liability determinations, and settlement practices.
• Familiarity with PIP claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate third-party BI claims from assignment to resolution.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and parties within authority.
• Review medical records, treatment histories, and damages to determine injury severity and causation.
• Maintain reserves and monitor exposure; coordinate with defense as needed.
