Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Bodily Injury Team Lead in the United States to lead a team of commercial auto adjusters while supporting a claims manager. The role blends leadership with hands-on claims work, leveraging analytics to drive efficiency and performance in a remote-first environment.

You will oversee, coach, and develop staff, deliver comprehensive reports to clients, and ensure alignment with client expectations. Strong BI/analytic mindset and state licensing readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bodily injury claims experience in multiple lines.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including remote teams.
• Experience with ride-share/TNC/Livery claims is required.
• Active adjuster license (resident DHS or state) with licensing within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of commercial auto adjusters.
• Deliver claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients.
• Balance management and individual contributor work as volume dictates.
• Coach and train staff; hire and onboard new members.
