Job summary

United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking a Complex Bodily Injury Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto liability claims across the Southeast with remote work options.

Ideal candidates have BI claims experience, an active adjuster license, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. The role emphasizes thorough investigations, strong negotiation, and accurate reserving in high-exposure cases.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of BI claims experience preferred.
• Active Adjuster license required.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Request medical records/bills for independent review.
• Contact claimant’s PIP carrier to verify coverage and benefits.
• Evaluate claimed injuries and identify strong/weak points for both sides.
• Review PD/collision photos and preserve evidence.
• Negotiate settlements with attorneys or claimants.
• Keep insureds advised of developments and reserves.
• Prepare releases and hold harmless documents upon settlement.
