Job summary

Reserv is seeking an organized Rideshare Bodily Injury Adjuster to manage BI claims from rideshare incidents. You will assess liability, review medicals, negotiate settlements, and work with internal teams to drive process improvements.

You will handle non-litigation and litigation cases, communicate with clients and attorneys, and ensure compliance with state laws. Remote-friendly role with nationwide activity; active adjuster licenses required and willingness to obtain any additional licenses

Qualifications

• Experience with Ride Share (or TNC/Livery) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience on point and concentrated in rideshare claims adjusting.
• Knowledge of state regulations, policy provisions, and standard operating procedures.
• Active adjuster license required: resident state license or DHS and willing to obtain all licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and high-quality customer service to policyholders and claimants by answering calls, filing claims, and resolving requests.
• Manage an inventory of litigated and non-litigated cases.
• Analyze and review auto insurance claims to identify disputes, gather information, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and procedures.
• Handle both non-litigation and litigation cases, attend mediations/arbitrations/court hearings as needed and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with defense and claims counsel for strategic planning and vendor relationships.
• Review legal documents and ensure compliance with suit-handling plans.
• Act as Corporate Representative for discovery, depositions, and trials when needed.
• Analyze policy language to determine coverage decisions and manage files from inception to closure.
• Direct and supervise outside vendors including defense and coverage counsel and independent adjusters.
• Maintain adjuster licenses and continuing education requirements.
