Job summary

Drivewhip is seeking an experienced Liability Bodily Injury (BI) Claims Adjuster for a remote role in the United States. The candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve third-party BI claims arising from automobile incidents involving rental vehicles.

The ideal candidate has a strong auto liability background, experience evaluating injuries, and can manage claims from start to finish, including PIP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling automobile bodily injury liability claims.
• Strong investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and evaluating damages.
• Experience managing attorney-represented claims.
• Ability to manage a high-volume claims inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party bodily injury claims from assignment through resolution.
• Conduct liability investigations and evaluate evidence.
• Review medical records, bills, and treatment histories to assess damages.
• Evaluate liability, negligence, and settlement strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Coordinate with defense counsel on litigated claims.
• Maintain claim reserves and ensure regulatory compliance.
