Job summary

Reserv is seeking a BI Adjuster to evaluate and resolve bodily injury claims arising from rental vehicle incidents. You will investigate liability, assess injuries, set reserves, and negotiate settlements that reflect true value.

The role supports a 100% remote work model and requires active adjuster licensure with willingness to obtain additional licenses. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years BI claims experience, solid liability knowledge, and familiarity with Medicare reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bodily injury claims experience, preferably commercial auto or rental/rideshare.
• Solid understanding of liability principles and medical terminology.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage attorney-represented claimants.
• Knowledge of Medicare Section 111 reporting and liens.

Responsibilities

• Manage BI claims from first notice through resolution with an initial plan on every file.
• Investigate liability and coverage using available records and reports.
• Review medical bills, records, imaging and wage documentation; assess causation and reasonableness.
• Value claims by injury severity, jurisdiction and trends; adjust reserves as needed.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and request higher amounts with rationale.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, SIU and investigators as needed.
