Job summary

Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking an AV APD Adjuster to resolve first-party and third-party auto and property damage claims involving autonomous and driver-assist vehicles. You will oversee inspections, calibration, and data preservation while collaborating with AV operators, manufacturers, and carriers.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of auto physical damage or commercial auto claims experience.
• Working knowledge of estimating platforms, ADAS calibration, and total-loss valuation.
• Comfort reading event data, dash-camera video, and operator incident reports.
• Active adjuster license(s) as required by the states handled, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and decide coverage, liability, and damages on APD and property claims.
• Direct inspections and calibrations of cameras, lidar, radar, after a loss.
• Evaluate total-loss vs repair, valuation, salvage, and loss-of-use exposure.
• Preserve vehicle data before repair and coordinate access with operator/manufacturer.
• Identify subrogation and recovery opportunities against manufacturers and suppliers.
• Negotiate with repair facilities and carriers to control severity and cycle time.
• Flag potential bodily injury, litigation, or regulatory exposure within the same day.
• Keep reserves current and ensure notes are audit-ready.
