Job summary

Precisely is seeking an Associate Business Development Representative (BDR) in Tempe to identify new prospects, book qualified meetings with Account Executives, and drive revenue. You will collaborate with Marketing, Pre‑Sales, and Sales to understand Precisely’s data integrity and location intelligence offerings, and you will source contacts across multiple platforms to build a strong pipeline.

Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent.
Strong prospecting and outbound communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Clear communication and active listening.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
AI fluency is a plus and highly valued.
Motivation to build a high-quality sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new potential customers and book meetings for the sales team.
Engage with inbound inquiries and coordinate with Account Executives to create qualified opportunities.
Work with Product Marketing, Pre‑Sales and Sales to understand Precisely's value proposition and differentiate offerings.
Utilize prospecting platforms and maintain activity in Salesforce and Outreach.
Participate in team discussions and provide feedback for process improvements.
