Job summary

AegisAI, Inc. is seeking a high-output BDR to help build the company’s qualified pipeline in the US.

You’ll be the first human touch for many prospects and work with AEs, founders, and marketing to connect outbound, inbound, PLG signals, and partner leads into real sales conversations. You’ll help generate net-new pipeline, qualify signals, and tailor outreach to security leaders, while testing messaging and improving engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed meeting and pipeline targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort selling to technical buyers (security, IT, engineering).
• Self-starter who doesn’t wait for perfect instructions.
• Coachable, curious, and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
• Qualify inbound and PLG signals into sales-ready meetings.
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach to security and IT leaders.
• Clearly articulate why AI-native email security is different from legacy tools.
• Partner with AEs to convert meetings into opportunities.
• Continuously test messaging, sequences, and targeting—share what works.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting.
