Qualifications

• 1–3 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed meeting and pipeline targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort selling to security, IT, and engineering stakeholders.
• Self-starter, coachable, curious, and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
• Engage security/IT leaders and turn conversations into sales-ready meetings.
• Collaborate with AEs and marketing to convert opportunities.
• Test new messaging and sequences and share outcomes.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting.
