Job summary

AegisAI is seeking a high-output BDR to build a qualified pipeline for its AI-native email security platform. You’ll be the first human touch for prospects and will work with founders, marketing, and AEs to drive conversations from outbound, inbound, and partner leads into real opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in BDR/SDR roles in B2B SaaS, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed pipeline targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work without detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new pipeline through outbound email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and PLG signals into sales-ready meetings.
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach to security and IT leaders.
• Clearly articulate why AI-native email security is different from legacy tools.
• Partner with AEs to convert meetings into opportunities.
• Continuously test messaging and targeting — and share what works.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting.
