Job summary

AegisAI Security is seeking its first sales hire in a fast-moving startup to build the BDR engine and drive early GTM momentum. You will conduct targeted outreach to mid-market and enterprise accounts, qualify inbound leads, and book discovery calls.

Based in SF or New York with a remote-friendly setup and quarterly in‑office days, you’ll translate technical concepts into business value, own cadences and messaging, and help shape our GTM strategy through data‑driven experimentation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in BDR/SDR or quota-bearing roles.
• Experience in security, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven hunter mentality with outbound focus.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach into mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Research and map organizational structures to identify stakeholders.
