Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in IT operations, SRE, or AI infra with production systems.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI platforms and LLM integrations, API usage and token management.
• Strong Linux, scripting (Python/Bash) and automation skills.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Kubernetes and cloud/on‑prem env.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tooling and automation to streamline AI operations and DevEx.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues across AI platforms, LLMs, APIs and performance.
• Manage enterprise integrations with LLM providers for cost and reliability.
• Develop observability and deployment pipelines for AI workloads and metrics.
• Support agentic workflows, vector DBs, RAG systems for scale and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Software Eng, Business Systems and AI Strategy teams.
