Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an AI Operations Engineer, Enterprise Tech, to support, maintain, and improve AI platforms and infrastructure across teams. You will work hands-on with LLM integrations, automation, monitoring, and production systems to boost reliability and usability of AI solutions at scale.

The role is based in our major offices with in-person attendance expected, offering exposure to cutting-edge AI infrastructure and cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Software Engineering,

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or AI infrastructure and support.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and LLM integrations (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or similar).
• Strong Linux administration skills and automation scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience with infrastructure tooling like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production systems and work with monitoring/observability tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
• Bonus: exposure to GPU infrastructure or AI workload orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tooling and automation to streamline AI operations and improve developer experience.
• Support and maintain enterprise AI platforms across cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Troubleshoot issues involving LLM integrations, APIs, model behavior, and system performance.
• Monitor and optimize API usage, token consumption, and reliability for enterprise LLMs.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and deployment workflows for AI systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Software Engineering, Business Systems, and AI Strategy teams to improve reliability and usability.
