Robinhood is seeking a Senior AI Operations Engineer, Enterprise Tech, to build and operate the infrastructure behind our enterprise AI capabilities. You’ll work across AI platforms, LLM integrations, automation, and production systems to enable scalable AI adoption across Robinhood.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment. Based in multiple offices (Menlo Park, NY, Bellevue) with in-person collaboration 3 days/week, you’ll shape the next generation of AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or AI infrastructure and support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms and LLM integrations, including API integrations and token management.
• Strong Linux administration skills and scripting/automation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tooling, automation, and self-service solutions for AI operations.
• Own complex troubleshooting across AI platforms and LLM integrations.
• Manage enterprise integrations with LLM providers, focusing on performance, token usage, and cost efficiency.
• Develop observability, monitoring, and deployment pipelines for AI workloads.
