You’ll shape the platform, rank opportunities, and work with Data to measure performance, ensuring reliable, compliant automation that scales with AI. This role blends hands-on prototyping with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, product, or AI roles with hands-on production experience.
• Hands-on experience with agentic tooling, orchestration, or multi-agent coordination.
• Strong fluency with LLM systems: prompt design and behavior at scale.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop systems with escalation controls.
• Ability to define and diagnose workflow metrics and distinguish regressions.
• Proven track record influencing Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Compliance.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI governance and risk management in production.
• Prior experience building in evolving functions while flying the plane.

Responsibilities

• Design reusable patterns for agentic service workflows and orchestration.
• Set concrete standards for builders to apply without direct supervision.
• Prototype workflows to validate patterns and extract reusable parts.
• Capture learnings to accelerate future patterns and improve safety.
• Influence Product on what to build next with evidence-backed needs.
• Prototype around gaps to prove capability before investment.
• Be candid about gaps between needs and existing solutions.
• Rank automation opportunities by volume, risk, and impact.
• Work with Data to define how workflow performance is measured.
