Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced AI architect to design and lead the enterprise Agentic AI Framework Catalog, defining reusable architectures, patterns, and implementation standards.

The role encompasses defining technical architecture with Java/Python/Node.js, React, GraphQL, and AWS services, plus governance, security, and cross-team leadership to deliver scalable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Understand workflows and pain points across Prosperity and identify AI opportunities.
• Define architectures and standards for agentic AI framework catalog.
• Define technical architecture using Java/Python/Node.js, React, GraphQL, Neo4j, DynamoDB, AWS Bedrock, Claude, and AWS cloud services.
• Establish standards for orchestration, memory, context engineering, tool integration, multi-agent collaboration.
• Develop reusable AI accelerators, SDKs, templates, APIs, reference implementations.
• Lead data architecture initiatives using Neo4j, DynamoDB, GraphQL for contextual retrieval and intelligent decisions.
• Define Responsible AI, security, governance, observability, auditability, human-in-the-loop controls.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate requirements into AI capabilities and roadmap.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams; conduct architecture reviews; drive innovation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Lead design and development of enterprise Agentic AI Framework Catalog and define reusable patterns.
• Define overall technical architecture using listed technologies and cloud services.
• Establish framework standards for orchestration, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Drive reusable AI accelerators, SDKs, templates, APIs, and reference implementations.
• Lead knowledge graph and data architecture with Neo4j, DynamoDB, and GraphQL for contextual reasoning.
• Define governance, security, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Collaborate with teams to convert requirements into scalable AI capabilities and roadmaps.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and drive adoption of AI solutions.
