Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams through ambiguous, early-stage problems.

• Technical depth to discuss architecture and validation strategies with senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the team by hiring engineers who practice agentic development and foster a culture of open problem solving.
• Define the technical approach for validating agent-built software.
