Jobgether is seeking a data-driven Campaign Manager (ABM) in the United States. You will accelerate enterprise pipeline growth using AI-powered account-based marketing, turning account intelligence into personalized campaigns across email, paid media, events, content, gifting, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in demand generation and ABM, including ICP definition and account tiering.
• Hands-on experience with campaign funnels, sales processes, and pipeline outcomes.
• Proficiency with AI tools, prompts, and turning insights into actions.
• Strong analytics, experimentation, and measurement skills.
• Experience with ABM platforms and CRM/MA systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI-powered account intelligence and profiles.
• Map buying committees and document priorities and influence.
• Apply AI to strategy and testing; generate actionable insights.
• Execute personalized ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate multichannel activations across email, paid media, events, gifting, and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional execution with marketing, product, events, and sales teams.
• Partner with Sales for alignment and continuous feedback loops.
• Own testing and optimization with a structured roadmap.
• Measure engagement, pipeline, conversion, and impact; build dashboards.
