Jobgether is seeking a data-driven Campaign Manager (ABM) in the United States to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth through AI-powered account-based marketing strategies. You will lead multi-channel activations, collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, and own an experimentation roadmap to turn insights into scalable playbooks.

You will map buying committees, build account intelligence, and apply AI-driven insights to targeting, messaging, and timing.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of demand generation and ABM marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience designing one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns.
• Strong AI and large language model proficiency with prompt engineering.
• Excellent analytical and experimentation skills.
• Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong cross-functional project management and communication.
• Willingness to work remotely within the United States.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI-powered account intelligence: Build and maintain account profiles.
• Map buying committees and track decision-makers.
• Apply AI to campaign strategy and experimentation roadmap.
• Execute personalized ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate multichannel activations across email, paid media, events, gifting.
• Lead cross-functional execution, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Partner with Sales teams to align campaign priorities and handoffs.
• Own testing and optimization with a structured roadmap.
• Measure engagement, pipeline, and impact with dashboards.
• Build scalable playbooks from successful tactics.
• Identify strategic opportunities with Revenue Ops.
