You will lead cross‑functional activations across email, paid media, events, content, gifting, and partnerships, aligning each touchpoint with account priorities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years in demand generation and ABM, with one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns.
• Hands-on experience building pipeline and optimizing sourced/influenced pipeline.
• Strong AI and large language model proficiency, including prompt engineering.
• Excellent analytical and experimentation skills with clear success metrics.
• Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase) and CRM/MA tooling.

• Map buying committees and identify decision-makers and blockers.
• Apply AI to campaign strategy and scenario planning.
• Execute personalized ABM programs for enterprise and Tier 1 accounts.

• Lead cross-functional execution and ensure timely delivery of briefs and budgets.
• Partner with Sales to align priorities and improve handoffs.
• Own testing and optimization with a structured experimentation roadmap.
• Measure business impact and analyze pipeline contribution and conversion.
• Build dashboards, reporting cadences, and scalable ABM playbooks.
• Identify strategic opportunities and collaborate with Revenue Ops.
