Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Campaign Manager (ABM) in the United States to drive AI-powered, personalized ABM programs across enterprise accounts. You’ll lead multichannel activations, leverage AI insights, and work with Sales and Marketing to accelerate pipeline growth.

You will own an experimentation roadmap, measure performance, and translate learnings into scalable playbooks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience in demand generation and account-based marketing, incl. ICP definition, tiering, buying-group mapping, and ABM design.
• Hands-on experience driving demand gen campaigns that generate pipeline and optimize funnels.
• Strong AI and LLM proficiency, including prompt engineering and intelligence synthesis.
• Excellent analytical/experimentation skills with clear success metrics and causal impact.
• Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase, including audience config and account-level segmentation.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, esp. HubSpot and Salesforce, incl. reporting workflows.
• Strong cross-functional project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Sales Operations processes and closed-loop reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Learning mindset with emphasis on testing and iteration.
• Preferred: Certification in Demandbase or similar ABM platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered account intelligence by building comprehensive account profiles.
• Map buying committees and track decision-makers and influencers.
• Apply AI to campaign strategy and develop actionable insights.
• Execute personalized ABM programs for enterprise and Tier 1 accounts.
• Coordinate multichannel activations across email, paid media, events, and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional execution with clear briefs, ownership, and timelines.
• Partner with Sales to align priorities and improve handoffs.
• Own testing and optimization with a structured experimentation roadmap.
• Measure engagement, pipeline, conversion rates, and causal impact.
• Build dashboards, reporting cadences, and scalable playbooks.
• Identify strategic opportunities and collaborate with Revenue Ops.
