Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to own post-sale journeys for enterprise customers. You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion, shaping rollout strategy and aligning with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support.

You’ll engage with CTOs and senior engineering leaders to demonstrate ROI, guide AI-driven organizational change, and ensure successful rollouts across teams. Strong data-driven and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.

About the role

As an AI Deployment Manager (ADM) at SpaceXAI, you’ll own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll help engineering organizations successfully roll out Cursor and evolve how they work with AI.

You’ll operate at the center of each account, partnering with developers, admins, and executives while working closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support. You’ll shape rollout strategy and influence SpaceXAI’s roadmap priorities through customer insight.

Success is measured by customer retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.

What you’ll do

• Manage a book of business with our top enterprise customers, owning the long-term success of each account
• Engage CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change
• Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption
• Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams
• Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs
• Represent the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities
