SpaceXAI is seeking a Regional Director, AI Deployment to lead a team of deployment managers serving enterprise customers. You will own post-sale success, coordinate with Sales and Field Engineering, and translate momentum into repeatable deployment outcomes while maintaining speed and developer-first ethos.

The role requires 4+ years in leading customer-facing technical teams and a proven ability to drive adoption and expansion with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams in TAM, Solutions, Deployment, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and AI-enabled developer tooling.
• Proven track record of driving adoption and expansion through customer outcomes.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills for VP- and CTO-level stakeholders.
• High-agency, scrappy operator who thrives in fast-moving environments.
• Passion for AI and transforming how software is written.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a team of AI Deployment Managers, including onboarding and coaching.
• Own post-sale account planning with responsibility for account health, usage, risk mitigation, and expansion pipeline.
• Act as escalation point for complex deployments and high-stakes enterprise accounts.
• Build scalable processes that preserve speed, flexibility, and low friction.
• Guide best practices around rollout strategy, prompt design, context configuration, and internal enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and drive product adoption.
