Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Delivery Advisor to accelerate successful partner-led implementations of Agentforce and Salesforce products. You will provide expert delivery guidance, mitigate risks, and partner with executives to drive outcomes across enterprise deployments.

You will lead AI strategy, coordinate with partner teams, and advocate for responsible AI adoption while ensuring ongoing customer value and system integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical advisory, program management, or account management — ideally with Salesforce or related enterprise SaaS applications.
• Demonstrated experience advising on or overseeing the delivery of AI or LLM-based technologies, including Agentforce or equivalent agentic AI platforms.
• Working technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform — including Core CRM, Data Cloud, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate delivery risk across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills for executive audiences.
• Experience managing executive-level relationships in a strategic advisory or consulting capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and technical advisory at key points across pre-sale, pre-implementation, and active delivery phases.
• Conduct reviews of partner and customer deliverables to assess progress and surface risks.
• Identify delivery risks and provide independent assessments to help course-correct.
• Lead account recovery efforts with Salesforce teams, including escalation management and action planning.
• Validate partner delivery approaches and ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
• Identify staffing gaps within partner teams and connect with the right resources.
