Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Delivery Advisor within the Global Consulting Partner (GCP) organization to guide best-in-class implementations across Agentforce and Salesforce products from pre-sale through delivery.

The role emphasizes delivery risk mitigation, AI strategy, and partner advocacy, with responsibility for aligning milestones and driving responsible AI adoption to ensure measurable business outcomes. This position can be office-based or remote in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in consulting, advisory, program management, or account management within enterprise SaaS.
Experience advising on AI or LLM-based implementations, including agentic AI platforms.
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for executives.

Responsibilities

Provide implementation and technical advisory across pre-sale to active delivery for partner-led engagements.
Assess progress, surface risks, and offer actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Lead account recovery efforts and ensure delivery health and customer outcomes.
Validate partner approaches and drive accountability for milestones and quality standards.
Identify staffing gaps and connect partners with appropriate resources.
