Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, technical advisory, program management or account management.
• Experience advising on AI or agentic AI platforms (Agentforce or similar).
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for executives.
• Experience working with Salesforce or related enterprise SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory across pre-sale, pre-implementation and active delivery phases.
• Identify delivery risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Lead accountability for milestones and quality in partner-led engagements.
• Guide Agentforce and AI deployment within partner-led customer programs.
• Advocate for partners and enable ecosystem access to Salesforce resources.
• Offer strategic feedback to product teams to improve partner programs.
